Terms of Use
Service and operator
ColorfulMoon provides OneScanner for scanning, organizing, recognizing and exporting documents. Contact: mgming03@outlook.com. These terms apply to the app and its related service. By using the app, you agree to these terms subject to the mandatory laws that apply to you.
Your content and rights
You retain rights in your documents. You are responsible for having permission to scan, edit and share them. Local processing does not grant ColorfulMoon ownership of your content. Feedback grants us only the permission reasonably needed to read it, respond and resolve the reported issue.
Responsible use
Do not use the service to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, create fraudulent documents, bypass security controls or disrupt the service. Do not send malicious code or sensitive documents through the feedback field.
Review the result
OCR, automatic cropping and image enhancement can make mistakes. Verify important text, numbers, page order, signatures and exported files before relying on them. A signature drawn in the app is a graphical mark; its legal effect depends on the transaction and applicable law. OneScanner does not certify document authenticity or provide legal, financial or professional advice. iOS recognition uses Apple Vision; Android scanning and recognition use Google ML Kit with the technical-data processing described in the Privacy Policy. Review that disclosure before scanning or recognizing text.
Storage and backups
You control the local document library and any exports or archive backups. Keep an independent backup of important documents before deleting app data, uninstalling or changing devices. Archive backups include original unredacted files. We cannot recover documents stored only on your device and do not provide automatic cloud synchronization in this version.
Availability and fees
The current version has no paid subscription, in-app purchase or account requirement. Network access may incur charges from your provider. Local scanning and editing do not depend on our service being available. Configuration, policy updates and feedback require a reachable service. Features may be updated to improve reliability or meet platform requirements. Any future paid offering requires clear terms and your separate purchase action.
Liability and consumer rights
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise that it is uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate OCR, user-directed sharing or loss of local files where reasonable care could have avoided them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes, ending use and contact
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict abusive access to the online service; local files remain under your control. We publish revised terms with a version and effective date. Contact ColorfulMoon at mgming03@outlook.com with questions or complaints. Mandatory rights and access to competent consumer authorities or courts remain available to you.
